Nautical. Octopus. Collaboration.
Created for Hi My Name Is Mark (HMNIM), an apparel company by Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 fame, the HMNIM playing cards are a collaboration of them and Dan & Dave. This is likely one of the Buck twins first collaboration deck released in 2014.
The art within the deck is predominantly focussed around HMNIM’s branding, in particular, the use of the octopus. The nautical theme features fully custom card backs, Ace of Spades, Jokers and face cards with repeating hand-illustrated one-way courts for all suits.
The deck is neatly packaged in a beautiful deep blue tuck box, beautifully adorned with foils and embossing, the inside of the box is just spectacular!
