Apocalisse is a deck playing cards by Thirdway Industries, inspired by the Book of Revelation and the end of the World. The deck has smashed its funding goal by 250% on Kickstarter.
Apocalisse appropriately sports a darker tone. However, like all previous decks by Giovanni Meroni, the deck will be littered with foil and metallic inks!
The striking card back feature gold metallic ink similar to those used in Odissea. The number cards have been enhanced but easily recognizable with an intricate background with shiny metallic ink.
The custom courts feature Knights, Angels, and Demons. From Death, Conquest, to Wrath, War, and Famine! The suits represent the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Spades are Conquest, Hearts are War, Diamonds are Famine, and Clubs are Death.
Apocalisse will have a premium paper black tuck box, with two intricate layers of stunning foil – gold and red!
Apocalisse will be printed with Cartamundi. Apocalisse will be a limited edition. The idea is to produce around 2500 decks, but the final number will be decided based on Kickstarter pledges. It will be sealed and numbered. Pledge starts at $31 on Kickstarter.
