Less than 5 days to go on Kickstarter, the Light Factor and Dark Cell decks are based on the concept of darkness and light. The deck is designed by Los Angeles-based Vermilion Collection and the each card have different effects when exposed to ultraviolet light.



Here are 5 things you should know about the Light Factor and Dark Cell V2 playing cards:

1. Premium UV Ink. The deck is printed by KingStar with premium custom ordered UV ink, up to 3 times brighter than regular UV featured playing cards.



2. Designed for cardistry. Dark Cell cards have blue edges, while Light Factor has cut out in the middle.




3. The tactical-style UV flashlight comes with adjustable focus rance for different usage, from spot to wide beam. Endless possibility for your card flourishes!



4. Under the ultraviolet light, "Light Factor" absorbs the energy of light and the face card will evolve angel halo and angel wings. "Dark Cell" generates the dark mutation effect under ultraviolet light. The neurons on the back of the card show bleeding red light and shadow, and the face cards also produce mutation markings. Very cool!
