Our friends at Fulton Playing Cards released these special edition playing cards to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Massimo Vignelli’s iconic design for the MTA Subway Map.
Produced in collaboration with the MTA, the Fulton Street deck is a love letter to the amazing graphic design of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Inside, the deck feature completely custom back, courts, and pips designs that celebrate the now legendary signage of the most frequented transit system in the USA.
By “cropping into” the curves so eloquently designed by Vignelli, these cards provide a dynamic back design that encapsulates the kinetic energy of transit in The Big Apple.
The deck is packaged in a letter-pressed embossed tuck box with the iconic typeface and signage from NYC Subway.
