Released back in 2019, SEPAL is one of Dealersgrip‘s most popular decks conceptualized by Oliver Sogard. The deck has been crafted specifically for cardistry and features professionally photographed flower bouquets arranged in a thick bordered frame with a hole in the center and an indent on the top side.
This year, SEPAL comes in a shiny form- the Holographic Sepal. This eye-catching deck elevates the floral elements by merging photography with holographic hot foil- a study in extravagance and water-seeking.
The deck features a white color scheme, representing a dried-up flower bouquet in seeking water. The back design features a new photograph of a flower bouquet infused with hot holographic foil to create a shiny look.
The courts also show the same treatment as the back card- more photos of the featured flower bouquet mixed with holofoil. One single pip in Seven of Spades and graphic elements on all Aces will come with holofoil. Instead of “A” for Ace’s indices, the deck uses the roman number “1” instead.
The tuck box is made with premium textured matte stock with holographic hot foil. The deck cost $25 and is currently sold out during a private release online event last week on dealersgrip.com. Public release soon.
