Polish designer Bartosz Bożyk has been a graphic designer for over 10 years and heads the Relentless Venture team. Last year, he successfully funded Enchanted Gems – Ruby and Emerald Playing Cards on Kickstarter. This time, he is back with another interesting playing cards project. Introducing The Labyrinth, decks of discovering the secrets of the maze.
The Labyrinth comes in two editions: Depth and Abyss. The Depth edition comes in rich turquoise color, while The Abyss edition comes in mysterious amethyst purple color. The card back design features a series of intricately detailed artwork of mazes and patterned circles.
This two-way designed artwork delves into the mysterious patterns of labyrinths: mazes that seemed never ending with an unknown mystery awaiting at the end.
The face cards are thoroughly designed with fully detailed artwork. The numbered cards featured a series of mazes and lines on the background. The pips are custom designed along with their pip arrangements.
The court cards showcase mysterious beings wearing heavy armor or royal garments. Their faces are hidden beneath the shadows of their helmets, crowns, or capes. The Jokers as well showing these mysterious beings wearing the same kind of costumes.
The tuck box for the deck is made with premium matte cardstock with gold foil on the details. The two decks will be encased in a beautiful collective box with golden ornaments and come with a secret note.
