Victorian Steampunk, the latest creation from Maciej Frolow is a stunning deck of playing cards that combines the elegance of the Victorian-era with the mechanical style of steampunk. The deck is a collaboration with our friend Max Playing Cards and is a follow-up to Victorian Playing Cards released in 2020.
Inside, the deck is completely customized with intricate illustrations featuring metallic finishes, precious stones, and fantasy steam machinery. The court cards are adorned with luxurious sceptres, delicate roses, and ornate firearms, while the numbered cards are monochrome but easily recognizable.
The card back has a symmetrical composition with a complex structure filled with various steampunk design elements. The deck comes in two editions, Gold and Silver, with an impressive tuck case and oversized aces and jokers.
There is also an exclusive double case with one of each deck edition and a commemorative gold coin. The limited print-run will be printed in Ukraine by NPCC on high-quality paper and linen finish. Pledge starts at $18 on Kickstarter.
